The software design stage is crucial for the next development step. We help you with this planning, generating greater predictability of time, cost and go-to-market.
How we work
The product design process at Luby begins with the analysis of the business case; definition of the problem and understanding the product value proposition. We look at all the stakeholders that will interact with the product, the various use cases and classify them into various user personas.
Once we have a good knowledge of the product, we start designing the project by sketching the visual design of the product and then transforming these sketches into low-fidelity wireframes or prototypes.
From that point on, we build static models, request customer feedback, and then create detailed clickable prototypes using tools like Adobe XD, Figma and Whimsical. These clickable prototypes help us to simulate how end users will actually use the product.
This entire process is carried out in collaboration with our front-end developers, solution architects and client team; incorporating feedback at each stage. This helps to mitigate design risk and keep all parts aligned as we move towards agile development sprints.
At the end of this process, we draw a Roadmap of the application, considering possible intermediate steps to anticipate as much as possible the launch of an initial version of the product. At this stage, we were also able to understand and design the resources and strategies necessary for the development itself.
